General provisions.
1.1 This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to all information that OmskInfoTech LLC, INN 5505077910, OGRN 1265500007772 (the "Company"), may obtain about a user (the "User") while the User uses https://fix-tech.pro and/or its subdomains (the "Website").
1.2 The Policy governs the processing of the User's personal information in connection with your use of the Website. This Policy does not govern your activities on third-party websites accessible through links on the Website.
1.3 The Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use at https://fix-tech.pro
Terms used in the Policy are interpreted in accordance with this Policy and the Terms of Use. Where a term has no unambiguous interpretation, the interpretation established by Russian law and customary business practices shall apply.
Users' personal information obtained and processed by the Company.
2.1 For the purposes of this Policy, the User's personal information comprises:
Personal information the User provides about themselves when registering (creating an account) or using the Website, or which the Company obtains by other means, including the User's personal data;
Cookies are files containing a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

The Company uses information obtained through Yandex Metrica and similar services solely to improve services within the Service. The ability of the owners of these analytics services to use and disclose to third parties information collected by their systems about the User's visits and other data is limited by their respective privacy policies. The User may prevent these services from recognizing them on subsequent visits by disabling cookies in their browser or by other available means.
Other information about the User whose processing is necessary to perform contracts between the Company and the User, including the Terms of Use.
Users' principal rights
3.1 With respect to the processing of their personal information, the User has the right to:
- receive information about the processing of their personal information in the manner prescribed by the Federal Law on Personal Data;
- take measures provided by law to protect their rights, including requiring the Company to correct, block or destroy their personal information if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unreliable or unlawfully obtained;
- withdraw consent to the Company's processing of personal data. If the User withdraws consent, the Company may continue processing personal data where other grounds for processing exist;
- appeal the Company's actions or omissions to the authority responsible for protecting the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.
Purposes and grounds for processing Users' personal information
4.1 The Company collects personal information through the Website and processes it, in particular, where:
- processing is necessary to perform the Company's agreements and contracts with the User, including the Terms of Use;
- processing is necessary to perform functions, exercise powers and fulfill duties imposed on the Company by Russian law;
- processing is necessary to exercise the Company's rights and legitimate interests.
The Company processes the User's personal information, including collecting, receiving, recording, organizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, modifying), retrieving, using, transferring (providing, granting access), blocking, deleting and destroying it, by automated, non-automated or combined means, particularly for the following purposes:

Conditions for processing Users' personal information and disclosing it to third parties
5.1 Users' personal information is processed in accordance with this Policy, the Company's other internal policies and the requirements of personal data legislation.
5.2 The confidentiality and security of all the User's personal information are maintained.
5.3 The Company may transfer the User's personal information to third parties and/or entrust its processing to them where:
- the User has consented to such actions;
- transfer is necessary to perform contracts with the User, including the Terms of Use;
- it is necessary to enable the protection of the Company's rights and legitimate interests;
- otherwise provided by law.
5.4 The Website may contain links to websites not operated by the Company. Following such a link takes the User to a third-party website. The Company strongly recommends reviewing the privacy policy of every website visited. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party websites or services.
5.5 The Company stops processing and destroys the User's personal information when the processing purposes have been achieved, within no more than 30 calendar days of achieving those purposes, unless otherwise provided by law or the contract with the User.
5.6 The Company stops processing and destroys the User's personal information within 60 calendar days after the User deletes their Website Profile, unless the Company has another lawful basis for processing.
6. Measures to protect the User's personal information
6.1. When processing personal information, the Company takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect it against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination and other unlawful acts, in accordance with the Company's Personal Data Processing Policy and personal data legislation. In particular, the Company takes the measures listed in Article 18.1 and Part 2 of Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data.
Principal obligations of the Company and the User
7.1 The User shall:
- provide the Company with accurate personal information needed to use the Website;
- notify the Company of changes to their personal data within no more than 3 business days of such changes.
The Company shall ensure that its processing of the User's personal information complies with legal requirements.
Communications and requests from Users and the competent authority
8.1 The Company responds to requests or communications from Users or their legal representatives, and to requests from government supervisory authorities concerning the processing of personal information, in the manner and within the time limits established by the Company's internal policies and applicable law.
Upon receiving the User's request about whether it holds their personal information, the Company shall respond and provide access to that information within 10 (ten) business days of the User's inquiry or the Company's receipt of the request from the User or their representative.
Upon receiving a communication from the User or the competent authority concerning unlawful processing or the processing of inaccurate personal information, the Company shall block the relevant personal information from receipt of the request for the duration of the review.
If the information is confirmed to be inaccurate, the Company shall correct it within 7 business days and lift the blocking.
If unlawful processing is confirmed, the Company shall stop that processing within no more than 3 business days by destroying the relevant information or ensuring a lawful basis for its processing. If the unlawful processing was identified following a communication from the User or the competent authority, the Company shall also notify them of the measures taken.
8.2 Communications or requests from the User or the competent authority may be sent to the Company's address.
8.3 The User's communication or request must contain:
- the number of the primary identity document of the User or their representative;
- the date of issue of that document and the issuing authority;
- information confirming the User's relationship with the Company or otherwise confirming that the Company processes the personal information;
- the signature of the User or their representative.
8.4 A request from the competent authority must:
- contain its reference number and dispatch date;
- be printed on the supervisory authority's official letterhead;
- be endorsed by the head or deputy head of the supervisory authority.
8.5 The User may contact the Company again or submit a repeated request for information about the processing of their personal information or for access to it earlier than 30 days after the initial communication or request only if the information or personal information being processed was not provided in full following the initial communication. In addition to the required information, the repeated request must state the reasons for resubmitting it.
8.6 The Company may refuse a repeated request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
Additional provisions
9.1 The conditions of use of the Website are set out in the Terms of Use published at https://fix-tech.pro (the "Terms of Use").
9.2 The Policy is published at https://fix-tech.pro
9.3 The Company may amend the Policy. It notifies Users by publishing a new version on the Website. By continuing to use the Website, you agree to the new version. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website unless the new version provides otherwise.
